About KDB Housing

KDB Housing (KDB Properties LLC) is owned and operated by Kelly and Dustin Brakemeier. We own two manufactured home communities — Park West in Spooner, Wisconsin, and Twin Haven Estates in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota — plus apartment buildings in Chanhassen and Shakopee, Minnesota.

Our goal is simple: clean, safe, affordable places to live, and straight answers when something needs fixing.
